Customer/Vendor Web Access

Customers can access their own view of Web site where they can request a quote, enter/edit orders, check statuses, and view imaged documentation (BOLS, inspections and invoices) and reports online. They can also use Interactive Voice Response to check statuses and receive documents by fax.

Third-party carriers can receive assignments, enter order comments, update statuses and ETAs, and view documentation and reports via Web site. Using Interactive Voice Response their drivers can communicate where they have idle capacity, update statuses, input vehicle inspections and location.
