TMS handles many types of inbound and outbound EDI and other flat file electronic transactions via XML and FTP. Typically, an ASN is received, which creates orders, and each time cargo is moved, an outbound message is sent back. When orders are completed an electronic invoice and payment notification is sent. System incorporates error handling and reporting as well and processes electronic transactions for fuel card payments, fuel tax and driver logs. |
