Users dispatch in a variety of ways, so Dispatch screen allows users to view information exactly how they'd like to see it in Summary and/or Detail format. Then, they can Save and File dispatch views for one-click easy access in the future. Dispatch fields can be shown/hidden based on Dispatch user Workgroup settings so they only see fields that are needed. This further reduces clutter and reduces training time. Dispatch can include Callback and an automated cargo confirmation system which faxes/e-mails confirmation/appointment notices to pick up/drop off locations thereby eliminating time-consuming and costly phone calls. |
